Book Illustration
I have illustrated two published children’s books and several book covers. Pricing is subject to the scope of work so custom quotes can be complied once I know more regarding detail, deadlines etc. Send in an inquiry titled ‘custom illustration inquiry’ for more details. Book covers also fall under this category no matter what kind of style you’re looking for i.e. simple ‘just text’ format or fully illustrated. Contracts are required along with a deposit to get started on any type of illustration work which can be sent and signed electrically upon request. I also provide marketing and publishing assistance if needed at an additional charge.
What you get upon completion: Everything you need to move to production. Your illustration will be uploaded in the correct formats based on your stated needs. Typically this means a production-ready Adobe Illustrator file, Adobe Photoshop file, PDF file or EPS file. You will also get JPEGs, PNGs and PDF files if necessary for easy viewing.
The illustrations are yours upon completion, and you will own all rights. I do ask in the contract that I be able to use the work for display in my portfolio and website.
All I need from you are your ideas! The more ideas you have in terms of color, medium, inspiration, themes, printing details etc. the better!
